Jay Sekulow Being Crystal Clear?

Jay Sekulow, the chief counsel for the American Center for Law & Justice, is someone who I like and over the years have had tremendous respect. That is why the following interview Jay had with Chris Wallace, on his Fox News Sunday show, was so cringe worthy for me and I'm sure anyone who does respect Mr. Sekulow.
Jay "let me be clear" Sekulow

Wasn't it Lord Acton who said, 'Trump corrupts and defending Trump corrupts absolutely'...or something like that.  :-)

Michael, the most important aspect of the issue is this question: is it constitutional to indict a president under any criminal law? The answer is a most emphatic NO! It is so obvious and clear. Jay Sekulow said this in answer to Chris Wallace's question, but he did not make it clear. He should have. It is the single most important point. Why? because DemocRAT landmines are being set all around the president & have been set now for months. This whole "Russia" investigation has been a political investigation that the media, including Chris Wallace, are trying to turn into a criminal investigation for many months now. But the Constitution is very clear that a president must not be indicted by criminal law. A president can only be impeached which is a political act, not a matter of criminal law.
