One of my favorite classical music pieces is "Ma Vlast" [My Homeland] by the great Czech composer Bedrich Smetana. This is a set of 6 symphonic poems that contains one of the most beautiful motifs in classical music in the second movement called "The Moldau".
After the "Star Spangled Banner", my favorite national anthem is Israel's "Hatikva", meaning 'the Hope'. It is truly a beautiful national anthem that happens to employ a variation of the beautiful Moldau theme from Smetana.
Check out these two beautiful pieces of music.
Note: In the video below of "The Moldau", the main theme starts at the 1:11 mark.
