Happy New Year 2016 America!

Tales wishes everyone a blessed Happy New Year 2016, America!

May this be a year of good health, and happiness and peace for all!
The Big 2016!
From the Tales post of Happy New Year of last year I gave this update [as I always do on New Years Day] of this blog's status from the previous year/s: "The Tales is still a very small blog, but I can say slowly but surely we are growing.  When I first began this blog I was hoping some soul out there would stumble upon it and read my blog.  I was actually surprised when that first year we got 75-100 hits a day [I know to almost everyone that was a tiny number, but to me it was kind of amazing to have even that many read my blog.]  The second year we doubled the number to 150-200 views a day.  This third year we have doubled again to 300-500 a day."

Update:  I can now report that on weekdays in the year 2015 we are up to an average of around 500 hits a day on the Tales.

One thing I am really proud of is on the Tales classical music weekends, where it is classical music all of the time, we have really increased our audience this last year.  Our weekend hits used to be a fraction of what it was for the weekdays, but now the gap is narrowing as we are getting over 600 hits over the weekend for our classical music weekend posts [around 400 for Saturday and 200 for Sunday].

I am grateful for each and every reader of the Tales and I thank you for your support.  No matter how small a blog we are, we appreciate everyone's readership.

So, the Tales gives a big Thank You to all of this blog's readers.

The following is really a beautiful version of Auld Lang Syne I found on You Tube that I think you will really like.

Once again, Happy New Year America!
