Greg Gutfeld - The King of Quips

One of my favorite shows on the Fox News Channel is "The Five".   One of the five regulars is pundit and funny man Greg Gutfeld.   Greg also hosts his own show on the Fox News Show on late night TV called "Red Eye."   That is a very witty show that you should see if you never have.

Greg Gutfeld
On "The Five", while there is much political banter, mostly serious rhetoric going on, Greg Gutfeld almost never fails to get through a show without one great quip.  While funny, the quip is almost always very incisive on the topic at hand.  On Tuesday's "The Five" Mr. Gutfeld really outdid himself.  He came up with so many witty quips I couldn't keep up with them all.  But I have remembered four of the great quips, all funny and all right on topic.

I have put these quips in the order of wittiness, as voted on by the legal team of The Tales, Dewey, Cheatem and Howe.  Tales will do the reverse countdown with #4 first.  I think you will agree with me that Greg Gutfeld is without equal and therefore is the King of Quips.

Without further ado, the top four quips on Tuesday's "The Five" in reverse order by Greg "Mr. Quip" Gutfeld:

# 4  "President Ronald Reagan said 'trust but verify',  President Barack Obama says 'trust but bow'."

# 3
"Obamacare has proved how great capitalism is because it shows that without competition failure is accepted."

# 2   On the Libyan Al Qaeda terrorist Al Libi, who is said to suffer from hepatitis and is now in the United States: "We don't have to worry about him if we make him apply for Obamacare before he gets treated.  He will be dead before he can get on the website."

And the number one quip from Greg Gutfeld on Tuesday's "The Five" on the Fox News Channel

# 1  "Nancy Pelosi got Botox so that she can say the most outrageous things with a straight face."
