The Rush To Halt Judgement

Rushes to judgement:

In July of 2009 [from politico] , at a presidential news conference, President Obama when talking about an incident involving his friend, Professor Gates and the police department, said: "...not having been there and not seeing all the facts...the Cambridge police department acted stupidly"

In May of 2010 [from the Washington Times], Attorney General Eric Holder who admitted he had not read one word of the Arizona law SB 1070 regarding immigration said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” program "that the Arizona law “has the possibility of leading to racial profiling.” He had earlier called the law’s passage “unfortunate,” and questioned whether the law was unconstitutional because it tried to assume powers that may be reserved for the federal government.

Also in May of 2010, President Obama, like Attorney General Holder, having never read the Arizona law SB 1070, still criticized the law saying it was poorly conceived.

He added, deceivingly:
"You can imagine if you are an Hispanic American in Arizona, your great grandparents may have been there before Arizona was even a state, but now suddenly if you don't have your papers, and you took your kid out to get ice cream, you're gonna be harassed," Obama said. "That's something that could potentially happen. That's not the right way to go."
Keeping in mind, from the above examples of this administration's willingness to rush to judgement,  you have the following incidents/scandals out of the Obama administration in which the administration isn't rushing to judgement.

To the contrary, they are rushing to put a halt to judgement because of the political damage that would befall this president if the truth came out.

Rushing to halt judgement:

On November 5, 2009 in Fort Hood, Texas Muslim terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan committed the worst shooting ever to take place at a military base by killing 13 and wounding 29 others. President Obama cautioned Americans from rushing to judgement about the shooter: “We don’t know all the answers yet. And I would caution against jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts,”

Note: Unbelievably, to this day, Nidal Malik Hasan has not been called a Muslim terrorist [or just a terrorist for that matter]--this terrorist attack by Hasan has sickeningly been classified by this administration as "an act of workplace violence".

On June 29, 2011 President Obama was asked to talk about the Fast and Furious scandal [the gun running operation that purposely allowed guns to be obtained by the Mexican drug lords, ostensibly to track the drug cartel. This operation was run out of this administration's ATF department. Guns linked from that operation were ones used in the killing of US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry].

President Obama said [as related to us by Katie Pavlich of  Townhall]:
"The investigation is still pending and I'm not going to comment on a pending investigation"  "It wouldn't be appropriate for me to comment on the investigation if it is not completed."

The injustice for Brian Terry and his family continue as of today.

On Sept. 12, 2012 President Obama refused to call the Benghazi attack on 9-11 which killed Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans in Libya an act of terrorism saying he had to wait until all the facts came out.

This from USA TODAY:
"On the eve of the presidential election CBS News program 60 Minutes released a transcript of an interview with President Obama in which he said it was "too early to tell" whether the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya was an act of terrorism.  When Steve Kroft of CBS News asked him if it was a terrorist attack the president said: "Well it's too early to know exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans"."

President Obama sent out his Ambassador to the UN, Susan [I know nothing] Rice, as his spokesman five days after the attack to say that this was caused by a spontaneous demonstration as a result of a "despicable" U Tube video denigrating the "great" religion of Islam. She went on all of the five Sunday talk shows to repeat this lie to the American people.

Two weeks after the attack, the president himself continued the charade telling the world at the UN that the United States would not tolerate those type of despicable films against his....I mean such a great religion as Islam and the "prophet Mohammad" [implying it was the video and not the terrorists who were at fault for four dead Americans].  When you think about that for a second..who is really despicable, the film maker or the president of the United States?

Today [Wednesday January 23, 2013]  more than four months after the Benghazi terrorist attack, the cover-up continues with Hillary Clinton's testimony in which she incredibly said  "What difference at this point does it make?", what the cause of the attack that killed four Americans was.

A caller to the Hugh Hewitt show brilliantly described Secretary Clinton's testimony as a cover-up of the cover-up.

As you can see from the above examples president Obama has made some very bad and improper rushes to judgement and at the other extreme has made some very bad rushes to halt judgement, when judgement was very much warranted by the commander in chief.  This is just one of many reasons why this is a bad president, a very bad president. This is just one reason why the American people made a very bad mistake in re-electing this president along with his Un Justice head, Eric Holder.

I am afraid the rushes to judgement will continue; but worse, I am afraid the rushes to halt judgement will also continue and the main stream media will be willing participants.

As of today, maybe because of this president's rush to halt judgement, not one terrorist in the attack on Benghazi, in which four Americans were brutally killed, has been brought to justice.

But the man who made the film about Mohammad is still in jail.

Obama justice?
