Advice to DNC chair: Don't mess with a former Lieutenant Colonel in the Army.

The head of the DNC, Cong. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. FL-D, was at her smug, arrogant, divisive best the other day on the House floor. In her remarks Wasserman Schultz said: "The gentleman from Florida" [Cong Allen West] "who represents thousands of Medicare beneficiaries, as do I, is supportive of this plan that would increase costs for Medicare beneficiaries. Unbelievable from a member from south Florida."

Us proud Texans have a saying, "don't mess with Texas."
Well after hearing and seeing the response from the great freshman congressman from Florida, Allen West-R, I think the proud members of the US Army must have a similar saying: don't mess with Lieutenant Colonel's, especially those that served in Iraq.

Congressman West sent Debbie WS a response to her comments in an e-mail that has conservatives like me standing up and cheering:
"Look, Debbie, I understand that after I departed the House floor you directed your floor speech comments directly towards me. Let me make myself perfectly clear, you want a personal fight, I am happy to oblige. You are the most vile, unprofessional and despicable member of the US House of Representatives. If you have something to say to me, stop being a coward and say it to my face, otherwise, shut the heck up."

You've got to listen to the last comment on this video; Yeah, baby!!

I think we need to start calling Congressman Allen West, the Chris Christie of the House.  Or better yet, we might have to start calling Chris Christie, the Allen West of the Governors.
