What's in a law--in this administration, not much.

When a federal judge ruled unconstitutional Obama's moratorium on oil drilling after the Gulf oil spill, Obama just ignored it and ordered his Sec of Interior Salazar to issue a new one.

Now Obama has ordered Atty General Holder to not support states in court if they are sued about the DOMA :
Defense of Marriage Act is the short title of a federal law of the United States passed on September 21, 1996.      Under the law, also known as DOMA, no state (or other political subdivision within the United States) needs to treat as a marriage a same-sex relationship considered a marriage in another state (DOMA, Section 2); the federal government defines marriage as a legal union between one man and one woman.

It's not just federal laws that this administration has a problem with. Obama is an equal opportunity law opposer. Obama not only publicly opined his opposition to Arizona's SB 1070, his administration sued AZ over the law.

So, in this administration, if the great one doesn't like a certain law...just ignore it. Or if he really doesn't like a law--sue.
Hmmm, I wonder what Obama will do if the Supreme Court rules Obamacare unconstitutional?

Obama wants a new title: not Chief Executive, but Chief Prevaricator!

Thanks Patriot [or should I say Steve the Balladeer man]
He might not want that new title but that's what he deserves!
