Time for Gary Kubiak to go----please!

How many heartbreak losses do the Texans fans have to suffer?    For the fourth time this year,on Monday night,  the Texans have come from way behind to tie or take the lead late in the game, only to lose in the final seconds. And they have lost in every agonizing way possible.    After the latest loss on Monday night in OT, guaranteeing another non winning season, I say please Mr McNair, for the sake of the suffering Texans fans--it is time for Kubiak to go.   Five years---five years of mediocrity [as displayed by the record]
It may not be all or even most of Kubiak's fault for the lack of success, but we can't go into next season with the same players, the same coaches, the same general manager and expect anything other than mediocrity.  To do otherwise is the definition of insanity.
When you have one of the best running backs in the game and possibly the best receiver in the game, something is very wrong when time after time the Texans get off to horrible offensive starts.  This has to be preparation..this
has to be coaching.  One or two or three times during the season..OK, but not time after time.  Then to lose in so many close games at the end.... again I say, it can not be just a coincidence, it must have something to do with coaching.
It is time for Gary Kubiak to go!

preperation, adjustments and perserverence come from motivating coaches and this texas team lacks on all 3 --- they've made little progress in 5 years, no confidence left from players or fans--- agree w/ big mike totally!!
