Bob Dole Stands Out Of Wheel Chair To Salute George HW Bush

Hat Tip: Axios on Facebook via C-Span

Long time Senator from Kansas, Bob Dole, 95, now confined to a wheel chair, did something at the Capitol Rotunda, where President George HW Bush is lying in state, that may bring tears to your eyes.

Senator Bob Dole born July 22, 1923
It was one World War II veteran and great patriot with a long time of service playing tribute to another World War II veteran and great patriot with a long time of service. When you see this you will go Wow, and you may get tears in your eyes.

C-Span Clip on You Tube, Dec. 4, 2018:

Along with, I'm sure, all Americans, I salute two of the greatest gentlemen of the "greatest generation".

Rest in Peace President George H.W. Bush [June 12, 1924 - Nov. 30, 2018]

I can only imagine the emotion felt by Senator Dole. A great man standing for another great man. Both war veterans, both public servants. A time to reflect on life, and its vicissitudes.
