So, What Is It That Trump Followers Love About Trump?

Whenever Donald Trump has made any of his numerous distasteful [I'm trying to be kind here by using that euphemism] statements this political season, you will have the die-hard Trump sycophants immediately come to his defense almost in unison on the social media [Twitter or Facebook] or on TV trying to make sure his comment is not seen in a bad light.  For example:

Trump said that Mexico was sending the worst of the worse into our country: rapists, murderers, and other criminals [and there may be some good ones].

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump said Senator John McCain, who was tortured in a prisoner of war camp, was not a hero, because he likes the soldiers that weren't captured by the enemy more than the ones that were.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump insulted Carly Fiorina because of her appearance, saying "look at her, who could vote for someone like that?"

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump said that on 9-11 he was in New Jersey and he personally saw thousands and thousands of [Arab Americans] cheer in the streets of New Jersey when the twin towers came down.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump insulted Megyn Kelly because she was a woman by saying, "she had blood running out of her eyes, blood running out of her wherever."

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump called for a complete ban of all Muslims coming into this country until we can figure out "what the hell is going on."

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump called an American born [in Indiana] judge a Mexican.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump further more about that same judge said that because his parents were born in Mexico he was disqualified to hear a case against him.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump insulted a "gold star" mother because she was a Muslim.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump mocked a disabled man with his physical actions and words.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump insulted his own supporters when he said he could go out on Fifth Avenue and shoot someone and his supporters would still support him.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump said there are questions if Ted Cruz' father was involved in the JFK assassination.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump said that because he was famous he could do whatever he wanted to women, go up and grab them by the pxxxx.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Trump said he wouldn't commit to accepting the results of the presidential election.

Trump sycophants:  "He didn't mean that."

Mr. tell it like it is.....or maybe not so much
But then when these same Trump sycophants are asked what they like most about Donald Trump, they say almost in unison:  "He says what he means and he means what he says."

Huh?
