The Soothing Mozart

We continue to honor Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on his birthday eve this Sunday with this relaxing ultra peaceful music appropriate for a Sunday morning, the Adagio movement from Mozart's Serenade for Winds.

One of the most soothing, mesmerizing movements of any genre comes from Mozart's Serenade for Winds in B-flat Major.  Also, known as the Gran Partita, when you hear the third movement adagio, you might think like me that this is music coming from heaven.  God brought Mozart back to him at the very early age of 35, but he blessed us with his presence long enough to compose this beautiful piece of music.

Please turn up the volume and then sit back and relax to enjoy some soothing Mozart.

Happy Birthday Wolfgang! You're 20 years older than America is and still famous and always will be!
